The typical shipping time is within 1 to 2 weeks after confirming your order. Shipping quotes are based on curbside delivery only. This means that the furniture is delivered to your door, but will not be taken inside. If the items are bulky or heavy, please make certain that you arrange help to offload and carry the items into your residence or building. If you wish to have an inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. Free shipping, if applied, is available for Curbside delivery only. If you wish to have your furniture delivered inside your house, please contact us for a quote. Local Delivery: We only deliver by our own truck within 50 miles from our zip code. Please contact us for a schedule prior to a pick up. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new item(s), you can return it for a refund. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on eligible returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Freight charges for returning the item(s) are your responsibility. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions before returning the item. Item(s) returned must be unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on assembled merchandise. Once a returned item has been received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund which will appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days. Damages: Customer can refuse to accept any damaged merchandise at the time of delivery. It is the customer responsibility to inspect all items for any damage before signing the acceptance receipt.
